Your account
Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details safe. Let us know about suspected unauthorised access. Choose a personal or business profile according to whom you represent.
A web account is linked to an app account only after proof of access. Creating an account alone does not confirm a subscription or participation rights.
Content and features
Illustrative screens and stories demonstrate Lapo’s features. Availability of individual features depends on the product version and the terms of the selected service.
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful content, infringement or interference with the service. Only submit material you are entitled to share.
Purchases and participation
Registration or a Founders Club expression of interest is not a purchase of equity. Any future programme’s rights, price and formalities will be set out in separate documents before it opens.
If digital services become available to buy, the seller’s identity, service contents, full price, delivery period and refund rules will be shown before payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
